Feeling constantly “on,” emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of worry can make it hard to rest, focus, or feel present.
Therapy can help you better understand your nervous system, manage anxiety with more self-compassion, and create space for calm, clarity, and balance.
-
Whether you have an ADHD diagnosis or are beginning to wonder if ADHD may be part of your experience, therapy can offer support without judgment.
Together, we can explore overwhelm, emotional regulation, self-criticism, procrastination, burnout, masking, and the pressure of trying to “keep up.”
-
Sometimes life starts to feel emotionally heavy long before we realize how overwhelmed we’ve become.
If you are feeling burnt out, stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to slow down, therapy can become a place to reconnect with your needs, boundaries, and capacity.
-
Navigating immigration, cultural identity, or living between different worlds can bring both visible and invisible emotional challenges.
Therapy can support you in processing change, grief, belonging, family expectations, identity, and the experience of adapting while trying not to lose yourself.
I work with many individuals navigating life in Canada while balancing cultural values, transitions, and questions of identity.
-
Many people come to therapy wanting deeper, healthier relationships — with themselves, partners, family members, or friends.
Together, we can explore communication patterns, boundaries, attachment wounds, emotional needs, and the ways past experiences may still shape current relationships.
-
Low mood does not always look obvious. Sometimes it shows up as numbness, exhaustion, irritability, disconnection, or feeling unlike yourself.
Therapy can offer a supportive space to process emotions, reconnect with yourself, and move through difficult periods with care and support.
-
High school, college, and university years can come with pressure, uncertainty, identity shifts, and emotional stress.
I support students navigating academic stress, burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, future uncertainty, and major life transitions.

In this conversation (by phone or online), you’ll have the chance to:
Share a little about what brings you to therapy
Ask any questions about the process or my approach
Get a sense of what it might be like to work together
This consultation is completely free and comes with no obligation. It’s simply an opportunity for you to explore whether therapy with me feels like the right fit.

Each individual therapy session is a 60-minute space just for you. These sessions are designed to support your personal growth, healing, and well-being.
Sessions are paced at your comfort level, with your goals and needs guiding the process. Whether you’re looking for support in navigating a difficult moment or seeking long-term personal growth, individual therapy offers a compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to be heard, understood, and supported.

It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider in advance to better understand your specific plan and eligibility for coverage with a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
